Dr. Michael D. Zisman
Chairman of the Board
ICG Commerce
Dr. Zisman was appointed Chairman of the Board for ICG Commerce in August 2006 and has served as an ICG Commerce board member since 2004.
Dr. Zisman's extensive knowledge of successful enterprise expansion and development is based in both corporate and entrepreneurial experience. He served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy at IBM, as well as CEO of Lotus Development Corporation and Founder of Soft-Switch, which was acquired by Lotus in 1994. Most recently, he launched Wayne Strategy Consultants, working closely with Internet Capital Group in the capacity of managing director and board member.
As a frequent speaker at industry functions, Dr. Zisman is considered an expert in collaboration technologies and the intersection of business strategy and IT. He has been honored as one of the key individuals responsible for the commercialization of electronic mail technology, having started contributing to this field in 1975.
Dr. Zisman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Philosophy in Decision Sciences from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has also served as a member of the faculty at the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
Douglas A. Alexander
Managing Director, Operations

Mr. Alexander joined the ICG Commerce Board of Directors in 2001. He also serves on the boards of CreditTrade, Investor Force, StarCite, WhiteFence.
An original member of ICG's advisory board, Doug joined the company full-time in September 1997 as Managing Director. Doug has had many roles at ICG including CEO of WiseWire Technologies, which was successfully sold to Lycos; Chairman of Verticalnet through its IPO; CEO of ICG Europe; and CEO of Mobility Technologies. In addition to these roles, Doug's primary focus at ICG has been to sponsor and oversee investments in several partner companies that have included Blackboard (Nasdaq: BBBB), Verticalnet (Nasdaq:VERT), eMerge Interactive (Nasdaq: EMRG), Arbinet-thexchange (Nasdaq: ARBX), WiseWire (acquired by Lycos), LinkShare (acquired by Rakuten), CreditTrade, StarCite, Mobility Technologies, and Investor Force. Doug currently serves on the boards of LinkShare, Investor Force, CreditTrade, StarCite, ICG Commerce and WhiteFence.
Prior to joining ICG, Doug co-founded Reality Online in 1989. Reality Online was an early innovator in the development of award-winning financial planning tools and online services aimed at the individual investor. With the advent of the Internet, Doug transformed the company into a leading provider of Internet solutions to the retail brokerage industry, and then sold the company to Reuters in February 1994. Over the following 3 years, Doug became a key contributor to Reuters' many Internet initiatives and a frequent speaker on the Internet and its impact on the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Reality Online, Doug was a partner with Strategic Management Group, a corporate training firm and three-time Inc. 500 company.
He graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Walter W. Buckley III
Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Buckley joined the ICG Commerce Board of Directors in 1999. He also serves on the Boards of Internet Capital Group; OneCoast Network; Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. and Verticalnet.
Mr. Buckley is co-founder, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Internet Capital Group. Prior to ICG, Mr. Buckley was vice president of acquisitions for Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., where he led many of Safeguard's investments through the mid-1990s, including Diamond Technology; XL Vision, Inc.; ChromoVision; and Video Server. He also was responsible for developing and executing Safeguard's multimedia and Internet investment strategies. Before Safeguard, Mr. Buckley was president and co-founder of Centralized Management Systems, Inc., a medical supply company, which he sold in 1987.
Mr. Buckley was included in Business Week's 2000 "eBiz 25," an exclusive listing of the most influential people in electronic business, and the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group honored Mr. Buckley with its "Entrepreneurial Excellence Award" in June 2000.
Mr. Buckley earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Anthony P. Dolanski
Managing Director, Operations

Mr. Dolanski joined the ICG Commerce Board of Directors in 2003 and also serves on the Board of Investor Force, Marketron and StarCite.
Mr. Dolanski is a managing director at Internet Capital Group. He works closely with ICG's private core companies in helping to drive their growth, and is also involved in the company's acquisition efforts. Additionally, Mr. Dolanski oversees the corporate development and IT functions of ICG.
Mr. Dolanski was a co-founder of Brience, Inc., a wireless software company, where he directed the finance, legal and other administrative functions. Previously, he was executive vice president of Sallie Mae, the nation's leading provider of student loans, where he was responsible for finance and systems. During most of his career Mr. Dolanski was a senior partner at KPMG Peat Marwick with responsibilities for the financial services and technology practices and was a member of the firm's board of directors. Mr. Dolanski is also the Chairman of the Accounting Advisory Board at the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Dolanski received his B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Steven C. Graham
Founder and Senior Managing Principal, Graham Partners
Mr. Graham joined the ICG Commerce Board of Directors in 2000. He also serves on the Boards of Western Industries, National Diversified Sales, HB&G Building Products, Nailite International, Dynojet, and Supreme Corq.
Mr. Graham founded Graham Partners in 1988 and oversees all of the activities of the fund, including transaction sourcing, structuring, negotiation and divesting, working with portfolio companies, and handling relationships with the fund's limited partners. Mr. Graham was previously a member of the Management Committee of Graham Packaging Company, serving as Senior Group Vice President, Capital Allocation and Risk Management. Prior to founding Graham Partners in 1988, Mr. Graham worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, and as an Acquisition Officer for the RAF Group, a private equity investment group in the industrial sector headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Graham earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Philosophy and English from Williams College and a Masters in Business Administration from Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School of Business.
Carl Guarino
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Guarino joined ICG Commerce in August 2006. As Chief Executive Officer for ICG Commerce, Mr. Guarino leads a seasoned management team in supporting customers in their initiatives to reduce costs and add value to their enterprises, while sustaining the continued growth and success of the company.
Prior to joining ICG Commerce, Mr. Guarino was Executive Vice President with SEI Investments, a leading global provider of outsourced asset management, investment processing and investment operations solutions. During his 18-year tenure, he significantly expanded the company’s asset management division and led the organization’s entrée into global markets, driving significant growth through joint ventures and acquisitions. Having run one of the largest IT centers in the Eastern region, Mr. Guarino also brings an appreciation for managing outsourcing relationships and optimizing operational businesses.
Mr. Guarino earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from St. Joseph's University and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Kirk Morgan
Chief Financial Officer
Internet Capital Group
As the chief financial officer of Internet Capital Group, Mr. Morgan's responsibilities include the oversight of all of ICG's internal financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, internal controls, financial systems and internal and external reporting.
Prior to joining ICG in 1999, Mr. Morgan was an audit manager in the Philadelphia office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he was a member of the middle market and growing company practice.
Mr. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a CPA and member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
