Daryl Brewster
Daryl G. Brewster has spent more than 25 years leading consumer businesses in the US and abroad. He currently leads Brookside Management, LLC, an advisory firm focused on providing senior-level counsel for companies in transition, investors and consumer products service providers. Prior to that, he served as the chief executive officer of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc.
Previous to Krispy Kreme, Mr. Brewster was group vice president and president of the $6 billion North American Snacks and Confections portfolio of Kraft. He also led Kraft's $2.4 billion North American International business, and served as president of the Planters Specialty Product Company.
Prior to joining Nabisco, he was Managing Director, Campbell's (UK), and vice-president of Campbell's Global Brand Management organization and Business Director of its U.S. Soup Group. He started his career in consumer goods at Kraft-General Foods, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, sales and general management.
Mr. Brewster has served on the Board of Directors of E*Trade Financial, the American Marketing Association and the Biscuit & Cracker Manufacturers Association, and currently serves on the advisory boards for several consumer goods service providers.

Timothy Hammonds
Dr. Hammonds is president emeritus of the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) headquartered in Washington, DC. He served as president and CEO of FMI from 1993 to 2009. Prior to joining FMI, Dr. Hammonds was a tenured member of the Department of Agricultural Economics at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. While there, he taught courses in agricultural economics, managerial economics, and advanced statistics and was named the outstanding teacher in the School of Agriculture for 1972-1973.
He was the founding chairman of the board of the Partnership for Food Safety Education. He has been a member of the Editorial Board of The American Journal of Agricultural Economics; a member of the National Academy of Science Board on Agriculture; a member of The Bretton Woods Committee; and has served as an editor of the Agribusiness Journal. In addition, he serves or has served on numerous boards including the Uniform Code Council (renamed GS1-US in 2005); Advisory Boards of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the Sloan Foundation Center for the Study of the Retail Food Industry at the University of Minnesota, Cornell University's School of Agricultural Economics, the Academy of Food Marketing at Saint Joseph's University, the Trade Policy Advisory Committee for Consumer Goods reporting to the secretary of the US Department of Commerce and the US trade representative, and the Food Industry Crusade Against Hunger. In 1998, he received the Rainbow/Push Coalition Partners Award.

R. Dean Hollis
Mr. Hollis was most recently president and chief operating officer, ConAgra Foods. In that role, he oversaw the largest part of the ConAgra Foods portfolio, including its leading consumer and customer branded businesses consisting of over 40 global brands in 110 countries. During his tenure with ConAgra Foods, he had a broad range of responsibilities, including Executive Vice President, Retail Products; President, Frozen Foods; President, Grocery Foods; President, Specialty Foods; and President, Gilardi Foods.
Prior to joining ConAgra Foods, Mr. Hollis was with the TreeSweet Companies, holding management positions in both Sales and Marketing. He began his career in the Consumer Products division of Georgia-Pacific, where he spent four years progressing through a variety of sales management positions.
Currently, Dean is a Senior Advisor for Oaktree Capital. He also serves on the board for Pierre Foods, an Oaktree portfolio company. Dean also oversees several privately held investments.
Dean is on the Board of Directors of Stetson University in Deland, Florida, where he chairs the Leadership and University Relations committee and also received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2005. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Mid-America Council, Boy Scouts of America and Creighton Preparatory School.

C. Manly Molpus
Mr. Molpus is president of The Molpus Advisory Group, where he provides strategic counsel on industry and public affairs to the CPG industry. From 1990 to 2006, he served as president and chief executive officer of the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA), which represents the world's leading branded food, beverage and consumer products companies. The association is the leading advocate for its members on international and domestic public policy issues and industry wide productivity enhancement in collaboration with the supermarket industry. In 2008, he returned to GMA as Interim CEO for a four month period.
Prior to joining GMA, Mr. Molpus was president and chief executive officer of the American Meat Institute. He also served as vice president of Corporate Affairs for The Kroger Company, the nation's largest supermarket chain, where he directed the company's government and public affairs activities.
Mr. Molpus received the Food Marketing Institute's 2007 William H. Albers Award for Industry Relations. In 2006, he received both the GMA Hall of Achievement Award and the American Meat Institute's Richard E. Lyng Award for Public Service. Other honors include being selected by Supermarket News to the "Power 50 List" among CPG leaders in the food, beverage, wholesale and retail industries. Molpus is also a former appointee to the U.S. Department of State's Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy, and he served on the USDA/USTR Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee for Trade.
Molpus currently serves on the board of SPAR Group; the Advisory Board to Levick Strategic Communications; and is a Director of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE).

Terry Peets
Mr. Peets has spent more than 30 years in senior executive leadership roles with some of the country's leading food retailers. Most recently, he served as chairman of the board and CEO for Bruno's supermarkets.
Peets has served in the capacity of executive vice president with both the Von's Companies, a $6B retailer (now a division of Safeway), and also of Ralphs Grocery Company, a $5B retailer (now a division of The Kroger Company). In these organizations, he held responsibility for a range of business lines and departments over the course of his tenure, including sales and marketing, retail and non-retail procurement, distribution/ logistics, manufacturing, store design and IT.
For several years, Peets also served as a consultant to the private equity firm J.P. Morgan Partners (now CCMP Capital Partners), and as CEO of PIA, Inc., the NASDAQ- traded nationwide merchandising company.
Presently, Peets serves as chairman of the board and director of World Kitchens, Inc., chairman of the board and director of the City of Hope National Cancer Center, and as a director of Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., Andronicos Food Stores, Ruiz Foods, Inc., and Inmar, Inc., a provider of technology driven logistics and promotions management solutions.

Pat Peters
Mr. Peters has held executive level positions in the consumer products industry for more than 30 years. He is currently managing director with The Clarecastle Group, a New York-based executive consortium specializing in consumer brand and organizational architecture.
Previously, he served as senior vice president with Unilever North America, where he was responsible for developing the next generation of marketing/sales/distribution strategies for the $10 billion company's blue-chip brands. Over the course of his 30 year tenure, he has held a number of executive roles, including senior vice president for Unilever's North American Personal Care Company where he led Customer Development and Customer Marketing and served as a member of its North American Board.
Prior to the consolidation of Unilever's Non-Food Operating Companies, in which he was a key strategist, Mr. Peters was senior vice president customer management, vice president marketing and vice president customer marketing for Chesebrough-Ponds. He was also General Sales Manager for Lever Brothers and Chesebrough-Ponds.
He was twice named chairman of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores' member advisory board and has served on the advisory board for A.C. Nielsen as well as several major U.S. retailers. Mr. Peters is a graduate of Marist College.
