ICG Commerce Named to Forbes "Best of the Web" Directory for Second Consecutive Year

Stability, Comprehensive Solution, Strength of Customer Base and Position in Burgeoning Procurement Outsourcing Market Cited as Key Factors in Selection

PHILADELPHIA - Monday, November 24, 2003 - ICG Commerce, a leading procurement services provider, today 
announced that Forbes magazine has named the company to its annual "Best of the Web" business-to-business guide.
ICG Commerce was selected as one of only eight companies in the Procurement category.

Companies were judged on several criteria, including strategy, execution, financial staying power and web-based
