ICG Commerce Enters Into Procurement Business Process Outsourcing Agreement with Universal Packaging Systems

Leading Cosmetic Contract Manufacturer Selects Procurement Services Provider To Achieve Significant Bottom-Line Savings and Reduce Product Costs

announced that it has come to an agreement to provide procurement business process outsourcing services (BPO) to 
Universal Packaging Systems, Inc., a leading cosmetic contract manufacturer.

Under the five-year agreement, ICG Commerce will provide Universal Packaging with comprehensive procurement 
services encompassing strategic sourcing, savings implementation, purchase-to-pay transaction processing and invoice 
reconciliation. Universal Packaging will leverage ICG Commerce's integrated procurement infrastructure, which 
includes deep category sourcing experts and a best-practice-based Buying Center to maximize procurement cost 
savings, streamline the procure-to-pay process and improve supplier performance. ICG Commerce will also provide a 
dedicated onsite procurement team to coordinate the seamless delivery of services to Universal Packaging.
