ICG Commerce Continues to Expand Relationship with Cameron to Support Indirect Procurement Needs in Europe

Procurement outsourcing specialist plans to extend North American program success to support oil and gas leader’s global operations

PHILADELPHIA - Monday, February 02, 2009 - ICG Commerce has again expanded its multi-million-dollar 
procurement outsourcing contract with Cameron (NYSE: CAM) to include services that will help the 
company drive greater savings and control over its European expenditures. The new contract engages ICG 
Commerce to provide sourcing and category management across a wide range of indirect, logistics and 
utilities expenditures and expands upon the success of the current procurement outsourcing program in 
North America.  ICG Commerce will be supporting Cameron’s European operations through its established 
Center of Excellence in London.

Over the past three years, ICG Commerce has assisted Cameron in its indirect procurement, enabling the 
company to improve its cost structure while maintaining its focus on its core business.  Just one year 
ago, Cameron expanded its relationship with ICG Commerce by placing all of its North American indirect 
and logistics spend under ICG Commerce’s management. This current expansion to Europe is testament to the 
hard dollar savings ICG Commerce has helped Cameron realize, by driving synergies from acquired operations, 
leveraging spend and applying procurement standards throughout the company.
